Senior Staff Profile
Jeff is the Broker of PPM with over 25 years in the Las Vegas Real Estate market, as well as extensive work history in Organizational Management, and Information Technology. Jeff’s role is to continually ensure that Priority Property Management is using the latest technology available to the industry while providing leadership to the PPM team. In addition, Jeff’s duties include “hands-on” field work that ensures delivery of a quality product to both our Owners and Tenants.
Michelle joined PPM’s team in June of 2008. Prior to joining PPM, she operated in both the sales and loan side of the real estate market, gaining unique insight into the market and property acquisitions. With her systematic approach to accounting and finances, she makes certain that the financial systems of PPM are kept up-to-date. She is currently responsible for overseeing the distribution of funds and records to our owners, tenants, and vendors, as well as ensuring that accurate records are held for each property portfolio.
Jeremy entered the real estate market in 2007, founding Priority Property Management with the goal of providing superior property management service to the Las Vegas Valley’s property owners. He is intimately tied to the company and its reputation, and makes it a key point to personally ensure that each of PPM’s clients receive the absolute best experience possible. Currently his duties include new business development, company marketing, maintenance oversight, property marketing, and human resources.
Renee joined PPM in November of 2009, and is a key asset to the company. With almost a decade of experience in the real estate industry, she has been able to place systems which enable the transactions of the company to run as smoothly as possible. She is responsible for screening applicants to ensure they are suitable tenants for each property, drawing up lease agreements, coordinating lease renewals, and acting as acting as the liaison between tenants and owners.
Robert’s career with PPM began in December of 2009. With his entrepreneurial mindset and focus, he has been integral in setting up relationships with key trades and vendors, as well as ensuring that their quality of work is always top notch for PPM’s clients. Utilizing his previous experience in other industries, he has brought a unique perspective to the property management field. His current duties include handling tenant work order requests, assisting with property rehabs, and vendor quality control.
Karon joined the PPM team in 2010, and her skills and experience in the handling of Homeowner Associations has been a huge asset to PPM and its clients. Having previously worked in several of the HOA offices around the valley, she offers an insight into working with HOAs that is invaluable. Currently she is responsible for handling all HOA violation complaints with the owners and tenants of each property, as well as assisting in applications of perspective tenants.
Frank operates as one of PPM’s leasing agents, ensuring that each property is shown to perspective tenants as often as possible. He is responsible for scheduling and conducting property showings, as well as assisting in the answering of any questions that perspective tenants may have. Having started as one of PPM’s first leasing agents, he has helped shaped the role of all of PPM’s leasing agents.
Rose-Marie started with PPM in 2010, and has a keen sense of ensuring the best customer service. With her previous managerial experience in one of the largest retailers in America, she utilizes her organizational skills to arrange and conduct showings of properties, as well as assist in the marketing of properties up for lease.
Ted began his work with PPM in 2010, and operates as a key leasing agent. He has been a key asset to providing feedback on the condition and rent-readiness of the properties, as well as being responsible for showing perspective tenants the properties to ensure that each property receives the maximum amount of exposure.
